Small print

I’ve kept the small print as brief as possible.  Currently there’s only two points:

  1. I own the copyright to all web pages and images created by me. You are free to use them for any purpose relating to your own website, but you may not resell them or use them to create a website for someone else without my permission.  In other words, you can’t buy a website from me then sell or give it to your friends.  This applies even if you cancel your agreement with me, but remember that you just need to ask my permission and I’ll probably say yes. Sometimes I license stock images and website templates; these are copyright of their creators.
  1. I use industry-leading web hosting with typically 99.8% uptime, but on rare occasions there may be problems accessing websites.  I can’t accept any liability for loss or damage that results from this.  For websites hosted on your ISP, you’ll find similar terms in their small print.  If you need guaranteed levels of service, I can help you arrange this with a third party provider, but you’ll have to pay for it.
